We needed to design and develop a professional website that showcases our custom woodwork and interior solutions, reflects our brand identity, highlights our portfolio and services, improves our online presence, and makes it easy for potential clients to contact us and request quotations.

The project resulted in a modern, professional website that significantly improved our online presence and better represented our brand. We saw increased engagement from visitors, received more inquiries through the contact form, and found it much easier to showcase our services and completed projects to potential clients. The website also performs well across desktop and mobile devices, providing a better UX for our customers.

Since launching the new website by TruTed, our online visibility and client inquiries have grown significantly. We've seen roughly a 30%–40% increase in inbound inquiries through our contact and quote forms, and users are spending much more time exploring our project galleries thanks to the clean, responsive design.

The project delivered several measurable outcomes that clearly demonstrated progress and success. Website traffic saw a significant increase, with a notable rise in both organic and paid visits, indicating improved visibility and audience reach. Lead generation efforts resulted in a higher number of qualified leads, with conversion rates showing steady growth due to optimized landing pages and targeted messaging. On social media, follower count grew substantially, and engagement rates improved, reflecting better content alignment with the audience.

Paid advertising campaigns achieved a strong return on ad spend (ROAS), showcasing efficient budget utilization and increased revenue generation. Email marketing performance also improved, with higher open and click-through rates, leading to more conversions from nurture sequences. Additionally, brand awareness expanded, as seen through increased direct traffic and improved rankings for key search terms. Overall, the project’s data-driven approach delivered tangible results aligned with the client’s marketing objectives.
