Also, we evaluated their website's quality, knowledge, and expertise concerning our project. Also, we liked how well they responded to our emails and were impressed by their communication skills. So, it seemed like the perfect choice!

We required a team of web developers to build a simple yet powerful website that our clients can use to access their accounts and perform other everyday banking activities with minimum effort. The project's main aim was to develop a user-friendly website. We also wish to use the website to communicate with our customers better.

We had a team of 6 people. There was one project manager who was leading the team. The other important member was the POC, who condensed all gradual progress made on the site and communicated with us regularly. The other members were the developers working under their guidance.

We were delighted with how the website design was architected. We could inculcate many one-click actions and simple internal page navigation. Moreover, we are very thankful to the team for providing top-class data privacy and security features on the site.

As mentioned, Trigma established a very responsive and quick communication with us. We were consulted and involved by them every step of the way.

The tremendous amount of knowledge trigma possesses about their service made it very easy for us to understand what we needed on our digital platform. Besides that, they had a very patient and professional team that showed accountability throughout the process.

The problem we were facing was we had messages on our websites coming from all over the place as we have multiple locations. We wanted there to be chatbot solution service that could direct their messages to the correct facilities.

We hired a consulting firm and they gave a list of the suitable companies that could deliver our project. We then shortlisted five of them and then we took interviews. And finally we tumbled upon Trigma. Their extensive knowledge about the project and the presentation presented by them was just beautiful.

The project was to develop a cloud based communication system for our organization. The problem we were facing was we had messages on our websites coming from all over the place as we have multiple locations. We wanted there to be a solution that could direct their messages to the correct facilities. Trigma started out by building a AI based chatbot with the cloud based data management system for our website. They also used NLP for this chatbot to make the chatbot more user friendly.

What Trigma did was amazing they built this automated chatbot system for our website. They made the communication easy and we were able to bifurcate our messages and help people.

It was a delight working with Trigma. The workflow was seamless, and they were able to deliver the project on time. It was very impressive how they built a custom system for us. There was some trial-and-error in the beginning, but they were able to adapt according to our needs.

The team extensive research and the way they were able to tackle all the problems along the way.

There were some ups and downs during the project but the way Trigma handled everything was seamless.

Trigma solution has a great team of experts who dedicatedly worked only on our project from the beginning till the completion of the project. They did a requirement analysis and finalized the whole web app design, purpose-built databases, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD). They also helped in application maintenance for at least two months, and that was a complimentary service that we received for trigma experts.

They delivered videos of the whole work process and showed us work progress on Zoom calls. Their app developers gave us a brief of the project and its shortcomings and provided valuable insights for creating more interactive designs.

The workflow was smooth and the working experience with their Trigma experts was virtually amazing.

Their regularity, instant response, and support channels are the most impressive part of this company.

They can communicate via this platform, and they have an option to send a message. We first cleared all the requirements from our end, where we shared some wireframes and reference designs. Our project manager shared the first iterations of mockups, and we moved forward with the development after all the mockups were finalized. They used Swift to develop my app.

Team trigma developed the application on time, and the app is live now.

We faced difficulty at the beginning of the project but after a few conversations and meetings, things aligned successfully. The whole discussions and documentation happened via email and Skype between the teams.

The cloud migration to AWS was a great success. After begging the project it was difficult for us to trust Trigma solutions but at the end they did a great job and now our data is secured and our consultants can easily pull relevant information.

The communication between the teams was through emails and Skype. Their reliable team of experts was always there to help us ad respond to our questions.

We have 10 servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and we needed continuous support to monitor our servers 24/7. Also, we needed to upgrade our servers to implement additional features and keep up with Amazon’s latest products and services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After a lot of research we came on to Trigma and we liked the company and its employees. We also liked their grasp on AWS.

We brought them onboard to manage our production servers. However, after talking to their team, we quickly realized that our servers were too outdated to handle our desired features. We also wanted to implement auto-scaling, which we had never had before. They helped us develop a plan to upgrade our servers into a new environment. Their suggestions included separating our servers by database type (SQL and Mongo) and a more streamlined configuration. They also advised us on differentiating our general-purpose servers. Some servers needed more processing power and others needed more memory.

They assigned a dedicated project manager who served as our main point of contact. She would set up the meetings with the support staff who execute our tasks. Occasionally, the VP of technology would join our meetings as well as their SQL database expert. At each meeting, 4–5 people would attend based on our agenda and needs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The AWS upgrades and suggestions smoothened our databases. Managing our servers is superbly easy now. They also made monitoring our servers easier.

The team was quite effective and they were able to meet there deadlines even though there were some of hiccups in between but at then end they did a wonderful job.

The company had previous experience with AWS and their team was thorough with our requirements and was able to provide insightful suggestions.

There were some delays in respect to timeline but over all we loved working with them and we didn't really find any problems as such.

They submitted codes which were reviewed by us and then merged those codes into our codebase. The code that was delivered did what it had to do so we were satisfied with aspect of the project.

The cloud codes worked perfectly fine. They did what they had to do. We were highly satisfied with the services provided by them.

Our teams met every week and had good conversations. Their team was quick to respond to any questions we had. When we provided them with feedback about the lack of synchronization, they took my feedback seriously and solved our problem with few days. It was really impressive how they managed the whole journey.
