The initial meetings with Trigma revolved around the scope, the user experience, options, the sitemap for the website, and additional features that could be potentially added. Then, the development phase started, where the team took on developing wireframes to build mockups for us and working on the database through APIs.

Be warned before you do business with Trigma. We are a healthcare company based in Florida, USA. Trigma signed an agreement with us to develop a health app for our company in 5 months for $30,000. Eight months later, after we paid a total of $11,000, we asked for proof of development and they informed us that they are unable to develop the app.

We requested a refund, as per the refund policy published on their website, and they refused to refund us any money. They have fraudulently obtained money from us for an app they can’t develop, and we are at this time taking legal action.

The management team deceived us for 8 months until we paid $11,000 and then informed us that they can't develop the app and refused to refund us any money

Their deception ability. All they care about is money.

This company should not fraudulently represent it self as an App Developer. The lack the skills and the honesty.

The vendor responded on December 23, 2022.

The client assigned us a fixed-price project and the payment structure was based purely on deliverables and milestones associated with each deliverable, where only on his approval he would release the milestone and that is exactly what happened. Later in the project after the successful delivery of 2 milestones and his approval, he changed the scope to an area which was technically not feasible.

Also, we presented the application in accordance with the negotiations done at the project's early stages, which were explicitly agreed upon. However, with time, the scope of work kept changing and was unrealistic to meet. Nevertheless, our team went out of their way to guarantee that the app was designed to meet his reasonable needs and was even delivered in six months where we absorbed all the cost and still tried to propose him realistic options but we believe that pausing the contract abruptly and then asking for refund was his personal  business decision and had nothing to do with our team's capabilities.
