Recently, we have decided to design and deploy a react web application using AWS Amplify. But, due to limited resources, our team decided to outsource this project to deploy it timely. Finding a trusted company is a daunting task. But our sales team did a great job. First, they did long research about the companies doing excellent job development on cloud and finally landed on trigma solutions. Then, after multiple interviews and meetings, we found trigma the best fit for this role due to the level of expertise and knowledge we were looking for.

Trigma solution has a great team of experts who dedicatedly worked only on our project from the beginning till the completion of the project. They did a requirement analysis and finalized the whole web app design, purpose-built databases, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD). They also helped in application maintenance for at least two months, and that was a complimentary service that we received for trigma experts.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They delivered videos of the whole work process and showed us work progress on Zoom calls. Their app developers gave us a brief of the project and its shortcomings and provided valuable insights for creating more interactive designs.

The workflow was smooth and the working experience with their Trigma experts was virtually amazing.

Their regularity, instant response, and support channels are the most impressive part of this company.

No one is perfect, but we didn't feel anything where they could improve or focus more.

They delivered vendor-based web applications where vendors can register their services and promote them online on the applications only to get notified by the users. They can communicate via this platform, and they have an option to send a message. We first cleared all the requirements from our end, where we shared some wireframes and reference designs. Our project manager shared the first iterations of mockups, and we moved forward with the development after all the mockups were finalized. They used Swift to develop my app.

Team trigma developed the application on time, and the app is live now.

We faced difficulty at the beginning of the project but after a few conversations and meetings, things aligned successfully. The whole discussions and documentation happened via email and Skype between the teams.

I appreciate the quality of work they delivered to us. They deserve five stars for sure.

It was a pretty straightforward project, and they executed it in line with our timelines.

Our company wanted to automate our data on to cloud and moves to automation when it comes to managing our data and which would help us setup our cloud offices but we know the process of automation is a complex task, especially when it comes to cloud, but trigma experts did it very well without any hassle. They shared every important detail and completed the project in small segments, which was attractive for us.

My whole team and I collaborated with trigma for this project, and it was a great working experience with their team members. They always helped our team and provided solutions to our problems.

Well, honestly, I have been following their work for a pretty long time. I appreciate the vision of trigma to provide quality to customers, which is the most impressive thing about trigma.

We completed our work in different stages also we worked with many confidential documents using Microsoft office 365 because it included several services such as application management, development or software, mobility and security of server.

The cloud migration to AWS was a great success. After begging the project it was difficult for us to trust Trigma solutions but at the end they did a great job and now our data is secured and our consultants can easily pull relevant information.

The communication between the teams was through emails and Skype. Their reliable team of experts was always there to help us ad respond to our questions.

Trigma has a team of experts who drew from their past experiences and provided us helpful AWS and cloud services.

As of now it thing the whole process done smoothly and I didn’t find something where the need to improve.

We have 10 servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and we needed continuous support to monitor our servers 24/7. Also, we needed to upgrade our servers to implement additional features and keep up with Amazon’s latest products and services.

After a lot of research we came on to Trigma and we liked the company and its employees. We also liked their grasp on AWS.

We brought them onboard to manage our production servers. However, after talking to their team, we quickly realized that our servers were too outdated to handle our desired features. We also wanted to implement auto-scaling, which we had never had before. They helped us develop a plan to upgrade our servers into a new environment. Their suggestions included separating our servers by database type (SQL and Mongo) and a more streamlined configuration. They also advised us on differentiating our general-purpose servers. Some servers needed more processing power and others needed more memory.

They assigned a dedicated project manager who served as our main point of contact. She would set up the meetings with the support staff who execute our tasks. Occasionally, the VP of technology would join our meetings as well as their SQL database expert. At each meeting, 4–5 people would attend based on our agenda and needs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The AWS upgrades and suggestions smoothened our databases. Managing our servers is superbly easy now. They also made monitoring our servers easier.

The team was quite effective and they were able to meet there deadlines even though there were some of hiccups in between but at then end they did a wonderful job.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company had previous experience with AWS and their team was thorough with our requirements and was able to provide insightful suggestions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were some delays in respect to timeline but over all we loved working with them and we didn't really find any problems as such.

It started with discover workshops and then a lot of R&D went with it. To find the best solution for our business Trigma put themselves in our shoes and came up with a solution for us. They submitted codes which were reviewed by us and then merged those codes into our codebase. The code that was delivered did what it had to do so we were satisfied with aspect of the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The cloud codes worked perfectly fine. They did what they had to do. We were highly satisfied with the services provided by them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our teams met every week and had good conversations. Their team was quick to respond to any questions we had. When we provided them with feedback about the lack of synchronization, they took my feedback seriously and solved our problem with few days. It was really impressive how they managed the whole journey.

We were highly impressed by their response time and how nicely they handled feedback.

We think they normally deal with companies that don’t have developers, so they weren’t used to our level of scrutiny.

The project started with an ideation workshop. We had a three-day workshop with Trigma's experts. Then it went under a lot of research and different solutions came up for our problem. We liked how they came up with different solutions for our problems and told us about each and very pro and cons of the solutions that were offered. The project took almost 2 years in development but we are highly satisfied the services offered by them.

We had 6 people working with us. Designers, developers, project managers, development managers. But to be honest we felt like everyone worked with us in our project from Trigma.

We were able to launch new services and innovate faster with technology and methodologies that were provided by Trigma with fast, easy access to our resources.

Everything got completed in time. The whole process was quite smooth and we actually appreciated how patient they were with us and our demands. We wanna specially thank Mr. Rochak for helping us throughout the process.
