We explained the project and our main expectations from the mobile app to Trigma professionals which were deduced and understood by them fairly easily. As suggested by their team, we went with a cross platform app for both our android and iOS using customers.

The mobile app turned out much better than our expectations. We are extremely happy with the appearance and design of the app. The performance and stability in terms of the ability to send push notifications, employ search features and navigation from one page to another.

The workflow of the project was quite seamless, thanks to the project manager of Trigma who constantly kept us updated with our project’s progress and our queries. There was nothing in the workflow that left us unsatisfied. Of course, there were a few roadblocks, but the company helped solve those smartly.

The website came out to be quite perfect. The website was made keeping all our focus points in mind. The website's easy navigation and overall design showed how skilled and precise the developers of Trigma are. Not just appearance-wise, the website had intricacies like a chatbot which exhibited stability and did not hinder the performance of the website.

The workflow was smooth and effortless. The team assigned to cater to our needs was quite communicative. We liked the accountability of the team. All the queries, complaints, and discrepancies were timely sorted, which also led to the smooth completion of the project.

Earlier, we faced performance issues, but now our application is functioning with better speed and performance on the new Amazon server. Also, it has resulted in cost-saving and scalability.

The website was very nicely put. We were exceedingly happy with the overall feel of our website, how the information was divided over several pages, and concise where necessary. We wanted there to be chatbot solution service that could direct their messages to the correct facilities.

The problem we were facing was we had messages on our websites coming from all over the place as we have multiple locations. We wanted there to be a solution that could direct their messages to the correct facilities. Trigma started out by building a AI based chatbot with the cloud based data management system for our website. They also used NLP for this chatbot to make the chatbot more user friendly.

What Trigma did was amazing they built this automated chatbot system for our website. They made the communication easy and we were able to bifurcate our messages and help people.

It was a delight working with Trigma. The workflow was seamless, and they were able to deliver the project on time. It was very impressive how they built a custom system for us. There was some trial-and-error in the beginning, but they were able to adapt according to our needs.

They also helped in application maintenance for at least two months, and that was a complimentary service that we received for trigma experts.

The cloud migration to AWS was a great success. After begging the project it was difficult for us to trust Trigma solutions but at the end they did a great job and now our data is secured and our consultants can easily pull relevant information.
