I hired Brian to develop the branding for my company.

Our kids go to school together. I wanted to use someone local. It didn’t take long after looking at his work to know it was a great fit.

Brian sent a questionnaire that helped him pinpoint the goals and style of the branding. Next we moved onto rough sketches. Once we had the direction of the design, he really tightened up details and color choices. Through a series of final drafts we arrived at the finished product

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results speak for themselves. I am very happy how it turned out. I have received many compliments on the design.

Brian wanted an overall timeline from me first. The timing was perfect with his schedule. He sets timelines for himself, as well as the client, to keep the project moving forward. Communication via phone helped convey the true viewpoint/essence that was needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

First and foremost, Brian is a great human being. Second, if you are around him enough, you see how he involves design, creativity, and art in everything he does. His portfolio is impressive.

I am the owner of 2 businesses. Lou & Co Hair Studio, which is a high end Aveda hair salon. I also own Lou & Go which is a boutique car rental company. I currently have about 13 employees.

We began working with Brian back in 2010. We felt like he really understood our style and business goals. Over the years we have exceeded many of our staffing and client goals and we are continuing to evolve as years go by.

It was a super efficient process. We went from not having a logo, etc. to done in just over a month.

I’m the owner of Structure Home Inspections.

What challenge were you trying to address with TriLion Studios?

I turned to TriLion to do our branding and prepare our business cards.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brian (Founder & Creative Director) gave me a questionnaire to gauge what I was looking for. From that and from his past experience, he was able to work out in what direction our branding should go. He created several rough drafts for our logo and went over these with me. Once I approved some of the sketches, he went on to finalize both the logo and my business cards. 

What is the team composition?

I work with Brian.

How did you come to work with TriLion Studios?

Brian is actually my neighbor.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent just over $1,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership lasted for the whole month of August 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Brian was able to deliver as expected. The way he implemented the designs was very fresh and matched the modern feel that I was looking for. 

How did TriLion Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

They did awesome in this regard. We set a deadline for this project and Brian came through. I was very happy. We typically communicated via calls and email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Brian’s artistic ideas were very impressive. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think so. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

When Brian designs, he takes many things into consideration beyond just putting pretty colors to paper. He can make something that’s going to be plastered on your business for the next 25 years, so it’s important that you honestly answer the questionnaire at the beginning of your engagement.
