I'm owner and managing director of FitnessNation - GYM based on Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We didn’t have any website for our company. So we hired Transcent Interactive for making our official website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found recommendations for Transcent Interactive from others. Then we checked their previous projects. We found them perfect fit for our project.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We needed to see a full form design for our website. The team made wireframe and High fidelity design with Figma. Then we confirmed the design and they started working with Wordpress initially. But then, as it was a necessity to make our website a SPA, the team then moved into Javascript. Finally the project has been completed with React.

There were 2 full stack developer and 3 UI/UX designer in the team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site, our publicity rise up to more than 70%. It was a great improvement overall for our company.

The full project was done in several steps. Our team and team Transcent were in total collaboration. We hired professional photographer for the photos in our website. Then after the main design was confirmed, the project manager needed more photos and he told me the requirements, then we again made some changes and pick some more photos. We were very satisfied with the collaboration.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very professional and their work ethic was great.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We didn’t find any notable problem in their workflow.
