Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

To achieve our goals, Trailblazed initiated an audit process. They began with a SWOT analysis to identify our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This was followed by a competitive analysis to research other players in the market. Finally, they conducted market research to gain a better understanding of our customers. The audit process was instrumental in identifying areas that needed improvement. Then, they set goals and objectives, collected the right information, and shared the findings and insights. 

Based on the analysis, they provided recommendations that will be implemented and tracked. We’re excited about the changes we’ve made so far, and we’re in the process of implementing additional updates. The visual updates have provided a fresh new look, and the collaborative effort has infused a new excitement, vision, and direction into the future of the show.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Different social media strategy, such as to include more reels on Instagram, update the hashtags, communicate with the followers and more. Bring the content to the new level by recording video on top of audio. Provided graphics, including a new logo and graphics tailored to the social media channels, podcast and the website. Also, the website was completely updated. As the collaboration still continue and we continue implementing the updates, we are hoping to gain more followers and build the brand name too.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The communication was smooth and quick, chatting over the email and WhatsApp. Always on time, professional tone and flexible. Content was shared over Google Drive so it was easily accessible to everyone. They regularly asked for feedback, ideas and any notes to achieve the satisfaction and make sure the needs were met. Of course, everything was discussed in advance, such as what communication channels to use, so that it was comfortable and efficient for everyone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There were many reasons why our collaboration was a pleasure. Working with Trailblazed has been smooth and enjoyable. What was highly appreciated was that although we stayed professional, we also developed a friendly vibe to feel more comfortable and safe working together. Needless to mention, that the services provided were of a high quality while keeping the costs low.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Trailblazed could have done differently?

We cannot think of anything. :)
