I’m the owner of a garment and leather manufacturing company.

I wanted to build a platform for the US market where Pakistani wholesale businesses in my industry can post their inventories — so we needed an IT department that can also help us cut our costs.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with TOP SDA around November 2019, and our partnership is still ongoing. We paused during COVID, but I plan to keep working with TOP SDA for the next 2–3 years — I’m getting full business support from them.

I connect with their department heads 3–4 times a week through phone calls and Google Meet. It takes me around half an hour to explain what I want, but they make themselves available whenever I call.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve worked with other people, but they weren’t capable of doing what I wanted. TOP SDA accomplishes our requirements, and they’ve come to work as my remote team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

TOP SDA has made everything easy for me so I don’t have anything to say in terms of what they could improve.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I don’t have any particular advice, but I’d definitely refer them. TOP SDA is good for marketing and software design.

We have been able to continue with feature development for one of our key solutions, while simultaneously integrating two of our solutions. Without TOP SDA's staff, one or the other of these key initiatives would not be complete. Our ability to deliver more with TOP SDA increases client satisfaction and increases our competitiveness in the marketplace.
