We’ve hired TIPi Group to rebuild our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave them our requirements, and they took the briefs and collaborated with us to design the website. Their team has been responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the WordPress website. TIPi Group is offering maintenance services. 

What is the team composition?

We work with project managers, web designers, and a managing director. 

How did you come to work with TIPi Group?

Our parent company has used TIPi Group in the past. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested about $40,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with TIPi Group in October 2022, and the engagement is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve been happy with the final product, which does everything we need. The after-sales support has also been great. 

How did TIPi Group perform from a project management standpoint?

The project management has been okay. We communicate via email and phone calls, but there have been a few issues. TIPi Group has been able to solve problems, but at some points, there have been issues with transparency and keeping us updated. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve been impressed with their web design skills and TIPi Group’s attention to detail. We also think they’ve done a good job choosing suitable systems for our needs. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We think they could probably work on their transparency and communication skills. They haven’t always stuck to the original budget or told us what was happening.
