I am the marketing manager for Q-PAC, a commercial fan array engineering company.

Our website was created many years ago and was in desperate need of a refresh. We wanted a design that was sleek and showcased just how innovative our fan systems are.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I interviewed three companies before selecting Tiny Frog. After the interviews, we chose Tiny Frog because their vibe matched ours and they understood exactly what our end goal was.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives - create an all new website on a different platform that has a simple yet innovative feel. From there, Tiny Frog delivered mock-ups, wireframes, and samples webpages for our site. Q-PAC then went in to documents that Tiny frog created and filled in all the information needed that would go on our site - headers, titles, paragraphs, pictures, statistics, etc. They gave us time and grace to make edits and ask any questions we needed, we moved on to the development stage.

Their team then put the entire website into InVision. From there we could once again make edits by commenting directly on the InVision page - which was really nice and helped keep track of everything. Once our edits were complete on InVision, they updated the deliverable pages and added us to an excel file. The excel file is where we added any last minute edits or fixes we needed before the launch occurred. Next we launched!

Alixis, a project manager was our main point of contact. But we also worked with her dad, Chris. He taught us how to work the website and helped us launch it. Alyssa was our client support contact and got us initially set up with the contract and questionnaire. Maria and Elise were our web strategist. They helped with organizing the content we provided them with. Carole helped us design our webpages (she did fantastic).

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have gotten so many comments about how great our new website looks and everyone is stoked to have so much valuable information and tools to be provided with it.

Alixis was a great communicator. She always told us what was next and who would be reaching out to us. We never felt "ok? what now?"

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found how they all worked together for one common goal quite impressive. Their web designers are also really good at what they do.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I thought we would have a bit more help with writing content but we wrote 100% of the content. In the future if I am ever redoing a website again, I want to make sure there is someone on the web development team who dive in to our product to know it really well and then in turn will help guide our team in what content needs to go where and what should be highlighted.

After our website launch, our entire team was very happy with the product!
