What challenge were you trying to address with TheFoxLab.com?

We needed a competent web and app design company to revamp about 60 of our clients’ websites.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

TheFoxLab.com has worked on web design and development for our clients. We provide them a brief with the corporate identity, and they select the templates. Then, we approve the templates for the client, and they come up with a look and feel. They build out the site based on the specifications; usually, they do pretty complex websites that include integrations into booking systems or financial transactions on Stripe. When we get the client’s approval, the site goes live.

Additionally, they keep and adapt templates for the bespoke requirements of our clients. They use their own coding.

What is the team composition?

We’re in contact with the senior CEO. He subcontracts to various employees, and we occasionally deal with them.

We started working together in September 2019, and our relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re very competent and efficient. Sometimes to get additional functionality, they propose add-ons; we run it past the clients, and the clients are happy to find a budget for them.

How did TheFoxLab.com perform from a project management standpoint?

They stay within budget. We use Trello to manage everything and WhatsApp to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They always deliver on the challenge. They find solutions to problems that defeat other web and app designers — they’re an excellent company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Trust them; they’ll deliver on time and within budget. Additionally, they’ll find efficiencies and save you money in the long term.
