I'm the CEO of a Television Network. We are a media company.

Our IT infrastructure was built 10+ years ago and had become outdated. To revamp our Website and to build a mobile application, we hired THAAYAKAM LTD to increase more traffic to our contents.

We did a complete study for a vendor in quality and budget. Some of our close connections recommended this team. After a number of interviews, we hired THAAYAKAM LTD based on their recent works and their cost estimation.

The goal was to increase the visitor traffic by modernising the existing content delivery system. So concluded to revamp the website and build an IPTV application. After the kick-off meeting, team provided us a fresh design prototype. After the approval team developed the products with decided technologies. The tech stack is perfectly picked as latest. To enhance some services, team integrated 3rd party services. Project has been delivered in number of drops in a timely manner.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Main point of contact has been through the Project Manager. A five member team of A UI/UX Designer, two Developers, a QA Engineer and a BA has been allocated for our project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the revamp and the application launch, we have nearly 75% more traffic monthly than the previous months. With a better User Experience, team provided positive impact for us.

For the communication, we used Microsoft Teams. We had regular weekly meeting with the management. For the routine testing and staging they implemented a CI/CD Pipeline with GitLab.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their recommendations for the main objective of us are more professional. They delivered technical insight matters to the non technical persons of our entity in more understandable ways. They provided some training sessions after the launch.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Every task went smoothly according to the project plan. The team responded us with a dedicated manner.
