We found their names in more than five IT consulting sites, and after a couple of meetings, we realized that we have met the right company for our project. The president of Terasol convinced me that they could deliver the top-notch learning platform we want to develop.

UB-LAMP is full-fledged learning and management platform where students can take an assessment test, solve quizzes, record their presentations, read e-books, trace their progress, receive the report cards, build up vocabularies, take multiple or open-ended tests.

Teachers can exchange comments interactively with students, issue report cards, and conduct on-line live class.

Administrators manage their centers' constituents such as students, parents, staff, and teachers, and issue invoices, and dispatch newsletter or notices.

Super-administers can oversee their operations in multiple locations globally.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The team of Terasol is literally top-notch. The project manager is extremely intelligent, supervising all aspects of and project and controlling phases of our project. UX/UI design team is completely trendy and aware of the current customer's preferences. The development team is not only highly professional but also virtually working machines.

The scope of this project is huge but through the continuous meeting and unmeasurable patience, they have delivered the most effective learning platform of which quality far exceeds our expectations.

Again, their approach is highly professional and has impressed us with their timeliness. We have used multiple communication methods, so our communication is steady and timely.

The quotation is highly reasonable, cost-effective, and less burdening, which saves this project. The communication skills are truly friendly and patient, which has made us happy. All teams are professional and equipped with the latest technologies in the IT industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we have the issue of change of order in the project, the Project manager was a little bit strict.

After speaking to quite a few vendors in UK and in India, I found Pratik's approach to be very clear and goal-oriented. He came up with a plan and thorough cost analysis and defined a clear scope of the project that sometime is hard to do.

I was also looking for a firm with a robust maintenance plan post go-live of the website and Terasol came up with a plan that included full support. And I can now say, that every promise they made was fulfilled.

I got in touch with Pratik from Terasol Technologies to support the build of my e-commerce website and mobile app earlier this year. From the very beginning, the team was quite supportive and patient in helping me finalise the design of my website.

After this was done, they set a timeline to complete the whole project and stated details of the stabilisation period/support once the website was live. Not only did they meet the deadline, but also provide excellent support during the initial teething issues I had.

Sanjay as the main lead on this project was excellent, and extremely dedicated to create a website that I had envisioned. I highly recommend this firm, as they are true to their work and an absolute delight to work with.

I initially finalised the terms of the project with Pratik and later on was assigned Sanjay as the lead for this project. I mostly dealt with him for all issues and updates, but they have a sound team of technical people and web designers which clearly showed in the quality of the work that was delivered

we had a call twice/thrice a week initially while finalising the design and look of the website and towards finalisation of the website- daily video calls with the project manager discussing every aspect of the website were organised. Lastly and the most important, series of hand over and support calls after the website was live

Although it’s too early to tell if the website has had an impact, I've already received compliments from clients, former clients, prospective clients, friends, and family.

I don't know how the project management was arranged, but from my perspective, it was highly effective.

Initially, the timeline given was three weeks to one month to complete. Instead, the site was done in one week, and the quality was fantastic.

Customers can also track their orders and bid on certain items. There’s also an admin section where we can view both customers and shopkeepers, and owners can manage their analytics. Terasol built the customer and shopkeeper login first and then moved on to the rest of the platform.

The Chrome live automation Android app is a mobile application for Chrome box that captures live data from digital and direct-to-home boxes. The live Android native app is a replication that facilitates interactive client engagement. The live video streaming feeds produced by the apps are stored on a single dashboard, while the analytics portal includes multiple dashboards for displaying client-accessible reports.

The team consisted of one project manager, one senior and one junior Android developer, one full stack engineer, one frontend developer, and one product designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were the first company in the country to capture live channel availability data from urban and rural India in real time. That information, combined with strong analytics, provides our client base with accurate distribution network insights.

Though we encountered certain challenges in pausing development objectives and timelines, the overall experience was positive. We are definitely interested in working with them on a long-term basis for new developments and optimization of current projects.
