Our website was created some years ago and It's outdated, so we needed an online store that will help Increase our sales and generate more leads. We approached TenX Engineer to develop a shopify E commerce store for us

We searched online for e commerce developers and we shortlisted 5 of them. We gave the job to TenX after Interviewing them, and because they had good CRM and cost estimates

We had a kick off meeting to discuss our objectives and what we are expecting from the service. After that, the team developed a mockup wireframe which we considered. They delivered a well crafted and developed e commerce shopify store with an Imbued Payment gateway

We worked with a project manger together with a developer and a designer who is working behind the scenes

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launch our website, we saw an Increase In our open rates which was 75% and also an 80% Increase in click through rates. We gained more customers and our sales scaled up

We had daily meet ups with the project manager and team. If there was any changes we let them know, we communicated mostly through Email, slack and Jira

We had a meeting where we discussed our Issues, goals and expectations. From there, they developed mocckup and wireframes which we approved. At last, the team came up with our finished shopify store/site which payment gateway was added
