I’m the project manager at LQA, an IT outsourcing company. We work with customers to develop software and deployment testing for them.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tekify Co., Ltd?

We needed a partner to help our team with mobile and web app development and automation testing. Rather than hire in-house developers, we looked for a staff augmentation firm.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tekify Co., Ltd provided us development services through a staff augmentation model. First, they helped develop our company website. From there, they moved on to providing solutions for our customers

Their team worked on the detailed architecture for web and mobile apps. We handled the software deployment and testing internally. They also help with testing.

What is the team composition?

We worked with five people from Tekify Co., Ltd. There was a project manager, three developers, and two QA testers.

How did you come to work with Tekify Co., Ltd?

We liked their prices and quality of work, so we started with having them do our company website. Then we decided to work with them on another project.

How much have you invested with them?

We have invested $40,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June 2020–January 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They work directly with my customer, so it's important that they deliver good quality results, which they always do. They keep their commitments. 

How did Tekify Co., Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

We held regular 15-inute catchups to check in on the project status. They also held demo sessions every two weeks for me and my customers. The communication was always clear. We used Skype and Google Hangouts to collaborate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re committed and delivered good quality results. Tekify Co., Ltd guarantees their software package with customers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything met our expectations.

We invited them to work with another vendor of my company.
