What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Teckgeekz - Digital Marketing delivered on time. Since our line of work completely depended on the website design, they gave us the design we were looking for: highly modern and aligned with our industry. Our booking appointments and overall traffic increased, and we saw positive overall growth in all manners. We also boosted our revenue by 30x. 
Our old website was generating approximately ₹80,000 (approximately $970), and after Teckgeekz - Digital Marketing delivered, we crossed ₹150,000 (approximately $1,800) in the first month and saw further revenue increases on a month-to-month basis.
Moreover, we never ranked for the keyword 'Cosmic Gurpreet,' but now, we're in the top three. For our main keyword, if searched with the consultant name 'Gurpreet Chadha Tarot,' we now rank first. Earlier, we never ranked, and it showed other platforms for astrology and their consultants with that name.

The best part that got us to work with them was that they gave us a complete demo of online design layouts, and everything was done seamlessly. They did all the work even before we opted to work with them. They had the complete design and layouts ready for us to choose from in the first meeting. Additionally, they had detailed cost discussions, were cost-effective, and had timely discussions when needed.

They overdelivered, and I was happy with their work. I’ve worked with other firms, and it’s hard to get hold of someone, but I never faced this issue with them.

We worked with Jeffery to build our product, Knova Data, and the experience has been very strong from both a technical and commercial standpoint.

Knova Data is a complete B2B email platform covering contact list generation, email verification, email creation, and email marketing. The system was built using Python, React, Node.js, and SQL, and it handles large scale data processing with good accuracy and stability.

One of the main advantages was cost efficiency. Jeffery was able to deliver a full scale product without unnecessary overhead, while still maintaining quality. The email verification system has significantly reduced bounce rates, and the overall platform has improved how we manage outreach and campaigns.

Jeffery understood the business side as well, not just the development. Features were aligned with real B2B use cases, and the product is practical to use on a daily basis. Communication was clear, timelines were managed properly, and changes were handled without friction.

Knova Data is now a core part of our lead generation and marketing workflow. The combination of functionality, scalability, and cost effectiveness makes this a solid long term solution.

Overall, the experience was strong and the project was delivered successfully, but there are a few areas where improvements could be made.

At times, more proactive updates during certain development phases would have been helpful, especially when working on complex modules. While timelines were met, having more frequent progress check ins would improve visibility.

Additionally, more detailed documentation during the earlier stages of the project could have made onboarding and internal handover easier. The final product is well built, but earlier access to structured documentation would have helped our team get up to speed faster.

That said, these were relatively minor points and did not impact the overall success of the project. The team remained responsive, adapted to feedback, and ensured that all key deliverables were completed as expected.
