TechTrack built a custom web platform for managing Quran memorization at our academy, from planning to delivery. The scope covered understanding our existing manual process, designing the system around it, developing it, and rolling it out to our teachers and administrators.

Key deliverables included:

An automated lesson planning module that creates a personalized daily plan for each student

A progress tracking system that records every student's memorization accurately

Automatic graduation date calculation for each student, updated as their progress changes

An admin dashboard for managing students, teachers and classes in one place 

Reports that give management a clear view of overall progress

A system built on Laravel (backend), React (frontend) and MySQL that can handle thousands of students The platform now manages 5,000+ students and has significantly reduced the time our team spends on administrative work.

The results were clear and easy to measure:

5,000+ students are now managed on the platform

Lesson planning is fully automated, so teachers no longer prepare plans by hand

Progress tracking is accurate for every student, with no more missed or mismatched records 

Admin work reduced by about 90%, which freed up our staff to focus on teaching

Every student now has a clear, individual graduation date Overall, parents are happier because they can see real progress, and our teachers are more efficient.

Nothing major, though a few more written guides and training videos for our staff at handover would have made the first weeks even smoother.
