Avinya Foods Pvt. Ltd., had engaged the services of TechSphere to help in developing the website for our brand "29 States" in blended spices. The overall experience working with TechSphere which had their CEO Nirav spearhead the effort himslef, was excellent. As our company is in the manufacturing / production domain and relatively new / unstructured, the structured and professional approach demonstrated by TechSphere was instrumental in the website going live in February'25. The key deliverables that TechSphere delivered for Avinay Foods Pvt. Ltd., were:

Design the website from UX/UI perspective
Develop the website
Facilitate in hosting the website and the go-live
Enable and train the digital marketing team to manage the website
Design and create images of product and USP to be intergrated with content on website

TechSphere can look at sharpening their engagement after the project closure to help customers accomplish some of the post go-live actions. While major part of the effort needs to come from the customer team, there was an apparent drop of en gagement from TechSphere in this part of the project. This was by the way not part of the scope agreed.

We will be designing and developing home page differently and as per my analysis there will be 12-13 sections in home page, they are:

All of the pages and sections will be desktop, mobile & tablet responsive. Except home page rest all pages will be just informative pages there will be not much interaction on those pages. Home page will have few animations and interactions which will be appealing to the users. On clicking the pre-book now button, basic details of the user will be taken and then it will be redirected to the payment gateway.

On successful payment users will receive a confirmation email on the email id they have mentioned in the form. Payment gateway integration & google analytics integration is also considered in the scope of work. There will be a maximum 2 rounds of iterations done for the home page design.

The vendor shows us the draft preview and does final amendments before we go live. We contacted the vendor for trouble shoot in caseany minor issue arrives.

There were unexpected big issues that arrived, which increased our project cost than forecast. Also delayed deadline. But at the end project was delivered successfully.
