We needed the ability to patients to fulfill their prescription online - including payment. Previously we were doing it over the phone. It is now fully automated and tied into Microsoft Dynamics. We then needed a way to train doctors online and be able to setup their account both in Dynamics and our Patient Management Interface. They learned the API documentation and automated this process. They are now helping us build an online store for patients to purchase accessories.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to save over 50+ hours a week for our customer care team by removing tedious data entry We were able to scale the onboarding of our doctors and clinics, making business development automated and saving additional time on tedious data entry.

We were communicating through Slack and WhatsApp. They made themselves available to me when needed. They delivered items far sooner than expected without impacting the quality of work.

At this time, the only thing would be trying to sync up schedules because they are overseas, but they make every effort to work on my schedule.
