I own an emerging eCommerce store that majorly deals in groceries, electronics, fashion apparel, and home utilities.

For what projects/services did your company hire TechnoScore, and what were your goals?

I needed a customized eCommerce website built on WooCommerce with appealing designs and a friendly user interface.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for a web development company with good experience in eCommerce development. I thoroughly reviewed many rating & review sites like Trustpilot, Sortlist, and Google my business, Technoscore appeared as the right option for eCommerce development because of the feedback in the market regarding its efficient team, affordability, and the number of eCommerce projects it has delivered successfully.

TechnoScore had to develop a custom eCommerce store and choose the tech stack(they decided to go with the MEAN stack). They were to be responsible for regular testing, solution compatibility, speed, and accuracy of code.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The team consisted of a project manager, two developers (front-end & back-end) and a UI designer. I had also requested dedicated QA support, so they set up a team for the same.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

My eCommerce website offers more than 30 different products from different categories without any impact on its speed and performance. Besides this, the average number of visitors that we have now is somewhere between 12000 to 15000 every month. We also roll out updates twice a month and considering all this, I consider the project a great success. All thanks to Technoscore!

We used Trello for project management and all the communication was done via Slack. The team discussed the project’s progress through Skype meetings. As the project manager was himself a deft full-stack senior developer, I hardly noticed any communication gap regarding the front-end and back-end development. I was thoroughly kept informed through project reports which were prepared twice a month.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their dedication to our satisfaction was something that set Technoscore apart from other web development agencies. The project manager was very responsive regarding all my unique requirements and for this, the team left no stone unturned to come up with the best possible feature or functionality to offer a seamless shopping journey for users. Besides this, their management, professionalism, and dedication to the project were simply adorable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It has been 4 months since I have been working with them. There were no communication gaps despite time zone differences and no excuses for any delay. Overall, Technoscore has a deft team of professional developers who work to impress.
