Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a B2C lifestyle platform that is dedicated to couples. Our mission is to strengthen relationships between couples by providing them with fulfilling and innovative dating experiences via our platform. We were looking for a reliable development partner who could understand our vision and translate it into a real-time web portal. I am one of the co-founders.

For what projects/services did your company hire Technomargin, and what were your goals?

The project involved managing key stakeholders such as couples and merchants. Our goal was to create a clean and easy-to-navigate website for both couples and merchants. Technomargin has done a tremendous job in their execution.

SOLUTION

How did you select Technomargin and what were the deciding factors?

We were left disappointed by our previous development partner and eventually came across Technomargin through a Google search. From the initial interview, Technomargin's team understood our requirements extremely well and were even able to give us suggestions on how certain tasks could be improved. This made us confident in selecting them as our development partner.

Technomargin's team was involved in all the phases. They prepared excellent UI and were willing to go all out to ensure our vision was turned into reality. They also included third-party integration of:

1. Business (google) analytics
2. Tag manager
3. SEO

This improved the overall performance of the website. It also helped in our strategy to continue to retain our real-time business users. We were surprised to see that the CEO had also joined in with the developers during our calls and was consistently keeping us informed on the development progress.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We required full time frontend and backend web developers for our project. We onboarded a team of 3 developers, well experienced in frontend (UI/UX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript), database (Mysql) and Wordpress Framework.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are extremely pleased with the level of professionalism that Technomargin have executed on the project.

Not only was Technomargin technically competent, they were able to communicate clearly too. They demonstrated their project management skills through regular scrum and management review meeting to ensure that the project was on-track.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Technomargin kept going to improve our product till we were satisfied. The team had an extremely positive attitude (together with some out of the box thinking) and were willing to tackle any challenges head-on.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are extremely happy with how the project was executed.

I am the CEO of Mentoree, a platform connecting young adults looking for career guidance with exceptional mentors who lived their dream jobs; an Uber of mentorship.

I worked with Shailesh and Technomargin for the front-end development of a challenging prototype called "illuquest" providing gamified quests to tackle real life challenges such as academic & professional orientation.

I chose India for outsourcing as I think it is the best quality/ price ratio you can find! I chose Technomargin as Shailesh was very ethical, patient and professional throughout our discussions.

Those are unknown. I provided the Figma prototype and Shailesh had to migrate it to a functioning website.
