The general tasks were wide-ranging, from design to deployment. Starting with wireframes and prototypes, they mapped out the new site architecture, making it user friendly and aligned with our brand identity. Once these solutions were approved, they entered full-scale development and we had features such as secure patient portals, appointment scheduling systems, live chat support and seamless integration to our EHR system. They prioritized mobile optimization, making sure that the site worked flawlessly on all devices. Security as an additional priority, they implemented SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and regular vulnerability scans to secure sensitive patient information. The key deliverables included a fully functional web platform, training sessions for our internal team, as well as detailed documentation for managing and updating the site going forward.

But the most critical part of these improvements was that they increased our bottom line, we experienced a significant rise in new patient sign-ups, especially from mobile visitors, an area that had previously been a weakness. Patient comments reflected enhanced usability and visual appeal of the site that establish trust and satisfaction. The organization of the data on a secure patient portal was also a factor in their decision, as well as the ease of integration with EHR systems, which would help to improve the operational efficiency of their healthcare professionals.

Technithunder did a comprehensive analysis of our previous website as well as those we have competing against to give their project approach context. Key deliverables comprised a designing of a responsive new website, optimized content which spoke straight to our target audience, a synchronized contact form plus lead generation tools, and an improved blog section to demonstrate our skills. They also put in place a strong backend system to allow easy updates and maintenance guarding and smooth future use.

Thanks to our partnership with them, there have been really positive results—results that we are very happy about. We have indeed witnessed an impressive rise in traffic to our site whenever we visited and we tracked that through the duration of each visit and number of visitors who left during a single visit going down. Most significant is that sales team have reported as well a bigger number of quality leads from the website: the website has clearly worked. We have many new design and functionality.
