Honestly, I didn't find any significant areas for improvement. Technithunder performed exceptionally well across all stages of the project. I am the Operations Manager of Prestigious Textile Ltd

Supplier of fabrics for drapery/curtains, upholstery, blinds and cushions, plus a wide range of wall coverings. We also provide a full made to measure service and contract FR fabrics.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Technithunder to accomplish?

• The initial goal was to refreshing up the e-commerce platform that we had in place, so that the users from the Textile Manufacturing industry, which is our main client, could be better served. Our website was slow, clumsy to navigate, and missing important features modern buyers expect, including advanced product filtering, smooth mobile responsiveness, and an intuitive checkout process. Our user engagement was low, and cart abandonment was high, which were both causing us to miss out on sales. Moreover, we also required a platform that could integrate with our inventory management system to provide real-time product availability updates. Needless to say, it was a tall order, not only did we require the company to redesign our site, but we needed it optimized for performance, scalability, and user experience as well as under the bandolier of our branding strategies.

Their range of services included everything from design to deployment. Starting with wireframes and prototypes to sketch out the new site architecture concept, they made sure our site structure would be as intuitive and visually aligned with our brand identity as possible. These prototypes were the backbone of our system, and once approved, they continued into full-scale development, where they introduced advanced filtering options for product categories, AI-driven product suggestions, and seamless integration into our inventory management system to streamline operations. They also invested a lot in mobile optimization, so that the site would be perfectly usable across any device. Security was also a priority, they brought in the likes of SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and regular vulnerability scans all in an effort to protect sensitive customer data. Key Outcomes: A fully operational e-commerce platform, internal staff training, in-depth documentation on updating and maintaining the site post-launch.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new online store was also vastly better in various performance metrics, not to mention that it looked way more professional and modern. Page load times were dramatically improved, and the simplified navigation resulted in longer sessions and increased user engagement. Crucially, these improvements also resulted in concrete business impact, showing a strong increase in completed purchases, even more so from mobile users, one of our significant weaknesses. Feedback from customers then showed how the site was not only easier to use, but that it looked a lot better, and was having a positive impact on conversion. Moreover, real-time Inventory integration drastically improved operational efficiency for our sales and logistics teams.

They kept timelines faithfully, hitting each milestone on or even before schedule. Whenever we faced challenges beyond our initial expectations, they met them head-on with rapidly devising innovative solutions, whether this was in respect to legacy systems that had to be integrated with the new platform, etc. Their proactive communication style ensured that we were never out of the loop, we received weekly progress updates on the project and were able to do monthly check-ins to discuss specific issues. On the marketing side, the effectiveness of our campaigns is enhanced with our new secret weapon and the operations team is enjoying simplified workflows through real time analytics.
