I’m a psychologist at Rathod Psychologist, a company that provides professional psychological counseling, mental health support, and therapy services to help individuals improve their emotional well-being and overall quality of life.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Techmits?

We needed to develop a custom clinic management app that would simplify our daily operations by digitizing patient records, appointment scheduling, billing, prescriptions, and overall clinic management. Our goal was to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and provide a better experience for both patients and clinic staff.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Techmits has handled the complete design, development, and deployment of our custom clinic management app. Their work has included patient registration, appointment scheduling, doctor availability management, digital patient records, e-prescriptions, billing, reporting, and an easy-to-use admin dashboard. The team has also provided testing, deployment support, user training, and post-launch maintenance to ensure the system meets our day-to-day operational needs.
Techmits has built the entire clinic management app from scratch based on our requirements. The team has also integrated OpenAI for AI-powered assistance, along with email notifications and secure cloud hosting. All core features have been custom-developed.

We started working together from February 2026 to June 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Techmits' work has helped us improve our daily clinic operations. We’ve also experienced faster patient check-ins, better record management, and a reduced administrative workload. Specifically, we’ve reduced appointment processing time by around 60%, cut paperwork by nearly 80%, and decreased administrative errors significantly.
The app has also helped improve patient wait times and overall staff productivity.Moreover, both our staff and patients have responded positively. The staff appreciates the simpler workflow and reduced paperwork, while patients are happier with faster appointments, shorter waiting times, and better overall service.

How did Techmits perform from a project management standpoint?

Techmits manages the project very professionally. They deliver every milestone on time, keep us updated throughout the development process, and respond quickly whenever we have questions or request changes. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What we’re most impressed with is their ability to understand our clinic's workflow and turn our ideas into a practical solution. Their communication, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a quality product make the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience. If anything, providing more training videos or user guides for new staff would make onboarding even easier.
