I’m the group CEO of RHG Telecom, a telecommunications company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Techitree?

We engaged Techitree to develop a website and mobile application for a new service that we plan to launch called HelloCity Services.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to provide an app platform that connects service providers—such as plumbers, electricians, and carpenters—with customers in need of those services.

How did you select this vendor?

A family member referred Techitree to me.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

The first phase involved creating documentation for the concept. Techitree made wireframes and mockups of both the app and website. They then built the app and its admin interface. They’re now developing a dynamic site.

What was the team composition?

Our project manager is our primary point of contact.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The website is still under development, so we’ve yet to launch the project. However, Techitree’s materials have met all the requirements so far.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Techitree has met all deadlines for deliverables and milestones. The project manager is highly professional and timely in informing us of any necessary details.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team researched thoroughly before starting development. They have led a professional process throughout the engagement.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I’d appreciate the ability to reach out to developers directly. I also have run into issues where delays in payment approval on our side have caused the project to stop on Techitree’s side.
