BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am Jafar Mapara, CEO of Visioniks Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We are a team of 5, currently we are developing a product named as V-Tab. The product focuses on the digitalization of the restaurants and cafes for a better customer experience and revolutionize the way people dine in.

We hired Techingenious as our technology partner for the development of our whole technology with their experience and knowledge

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals for this project was to develop an efficient and user friendly interface with having all the features developed as discussed while we started the project with Techingenious. The software had to be reliable for handling large amount of load.

How did you select this vendor?

I searched them on google, had a on call meeting with them, met them understood their way of working.

They designed and developed the mobile app for Android and iOS, backend dashboards, website, server deployment.

What was the team composition?

The team had 1 project manager. He was the main point of contact from Techingenious. He used to update our work and get it done by his team depending on what skills are required at what stage of the project

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our solution did launch as POC and we successfully completed deployment of our product in 6 restaurant to test it. We completed around 7000 orders in less than 4 months and not once the app was crashed. There were developments continously taking place and that helped the product to be more robust and reliable

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project manager was very effective in letting us know the status of the development and we used to have a timely meetings to discuss the progress. This helped me to keep a track of development and plan my charter accordingly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing about this company is the support and involvement of the whole team into the project. The team is enthusiastic and very helpful in guiding and helping with the whole development cycle.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Currently we are not facing any such challenge which i think they need to improve upon. We are satisfied with the work, cost and timelines.
