The scope of work included -

• Website Speed Optimization : Identify and fix issues contributing to slow website speead such as inefficient code, server configuration, and caching and implement speed enhancements across devices and networks, and validate improvements through thorough testing and adjustments.
• Bug Identification and Resolution: Conduct a website audit to identify existing bugs / functional issues. Develop and execute a plan to address and resolve each identified bug.
• User Experience Enhancement: Evaluate the website's user interface and experience to identify areas for improvement. Propose design adjustments and implement UI/UX enhancements on an approval basis.
• Quality Assurance: Perform testing on all optimized components and bug fixes, ensuring browser compatibility and responsiveness. Conduct UAT to verify that all issues have been successfully resolved.

Detailed assessment report outlining the website's current state, speed performance metrics, and bug inventory.

There were reasonable delays, however their team ensured clear communicationthroughout the process, highlighting the reasons for delay and what the revised timeframes would look like. Despite the delays, Techies did not bill us extra and we were invoiced as per the agreed project cost.

They were highly responsive to our needs, proactively addressing any concerns and adapting to changes seamlessly. They also assisted in resolving issues identified post multiple UAT's.
