Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology is state government-owned engineering college that started in the year 1982. We are looking for Voice & Video calls our campus using our LAN Video Conferencing in entire campus & outside the campus Use of office extension with a smartphone app.

Since our is government Institution the vendor M/S TechBridge was shortlisted by the Indian Government marketing portal i.e GeM .
Describe the project in detail.
The project was to provide the VOIP service in the entire campus using our existing local area network.
What was the team composition?
Initially, Mr. Sauarbh Agrwal of TechBridge discussed with us the logistic of supplying the required material at our site. Then Mr. Sauarabh along with his engineer Mr. Kapil Yadav visited our site for configuration and providing training to our faculties and staff members regarding the different facilities and how to use these facilities of 3CX IP based EPABX.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
With the installation of 3cx we are able to conduct web meetings and video conferencing which provides strength to cater to the needs of the Instute , faculty , students etc etc.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Myself, Saurabh and Kapil are regular in touch with each other during the installation period and understand the need and requirements and find the solution of every problem in a cordial manner.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The most impressive thing about the company that they always response immediately to any query or problem.
Are there any areas for improvement?
In connection with my project I am fully satisfied with the company.
