I am the CFO and COO of the company

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire TechACOS, and what were your goals?

We did not have the technical expertise to do this mobile app and game development project and considering the tight deadline we were required to outsource it.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and through our internal network to find the best service provider

We had a kick-off meeting. Then followed up with discovery sessions and milestones were set. Afterward we move forward with the beta testing of the deliverables.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was assigned who was the main POC. Additional that we communicated with two leads from the front and back end development side.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We had a significant increase in our traffic and the deliverables were all of good quality standard.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had weekly standups and all the tasks were created in JIRA and Github was also used for managing the project professionally and timely.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Good Quality Work in short period of time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not Much - they could just add in more staff for other development-related projects.
