I’m the customer service manager for hungryhouse. We have an online food ordering service that partners with over 10,000 U.K.-based restaurants.


For what projects/services did your company hire Tech2Globe Web Solutions LLP?

We needed data entry services and translations in both English and German.


How did you select this vendor?

I found their website during a Google search and reached out to them. They called me the next day and answered all my questions. Not only did we choose Tech2Globe Web Solutions LLP because we had a huge backlog, they could set up quickly—legal and contracts—and provide a quick turnaround time.

Describe the project in detail and what their cost structure looked like.

We separated the engagement into two projects. For the first, we provided a forecast of menus and time; our team paid per menu on that project. They provided both English and German data entry services. Work included transcribing menus from PDFs, Excel, Word, and JPEGs into a backend system. They then edited the logo and food images. The team had to adhere to strict style guidelines during this phase. We had a penalty system in place for errors and when they didn’t hit the turnaround time. For the second project, we hired agents through Tech2Globe Web Solutions LLP and paid for the agents’ working hours.


How would you describe/assess the quality of their work?

I was very happy with the quality of work, the team’s communication around the tasks, and the speed at which they produced deliverables.

The team was flexible and could scale when needed. I appreciated being able to meet and train the agents in person. I got to know them as an extension of our team without the usual complications involved with large BPO firms.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They should plan schedules around the client's holidays. But, in general, we were very happy with the team’s work and flexibility.
