What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Firstly, website that was developed by the previous company was a mess. I am myself not that tech savvy so I was using it somehow, it had many bugs and i wasn't getting any traffic. I was fed up with other agencies but finally I was contacted by Mr. Sanmeet, who further introduced me to The Tech Tales. 

It's been a pleasure working with them as I got my website redesigned and now it's performing much better. They provided custom design on WordPress and provided technical support for the project, after which SEO followed. Within 8-9 months, we experienced 214% increase in organic traffic. Business has been increasing so far and we started ranking 1 on many keywords. 

Further assistance by the Tech Tales was of Social media and overall content for the website. The content quality was great and it complemented by website well. All in all, the team has been positive and collaborative in terms of feedback and implementation. The reason why they became my go-to team is they've been acting as advisors of my business since the day 1. Their insights have helped me scale my business from a team of 4 people to 17 staff persons, and tripling my profits.

at first I encountered communication issues, maybe due to cultural differences, but they adapted quite well. I think they can improve in social media services, otherwise their SEO, web development and content were at par.
