We needed help with web design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tech Striker designed my website based on some sketches I gave them. They now work on the backend of the site and acquire backlinks. Additionally, the team has also assigned a virtual assistant to me.

I work with three teammates: two web designers and a virtual assistant.

How did you come to work with Tech Striker?

They responded to an Upwork listing I put up.

How much have you invested with them?

Their monthly fee is $200.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in February 2021, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We went from having absolutely no traffic to now getting a few hundred visitors a day. Furthermore, we now appear on the first page of Google search results. Overall, our partnership with Tech Striker has been quite profitable.

How did Tech Striker perform from a project management standpoint?

The team’s very organized in terms of project management and communication. We have biweekly Skype calls where they report on where we stand and set new targets with us. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve done a great job and provided more value than they promised. It’s also very easy to communicate with the Tech Striker team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they could improve upon.

We started with a first project on a platform where I found them. We started with one project, an other one and an other one. Since the beginning of our relation, we've partnered on many clients that we work with.

This section is not enough relevant to describe all we did together but in some words : they helped from the integration a simple mockup to the development of a full customizable products for furnitures. the range of services they provide is wide, and we trust them on the expertises they have inside.

This section is not enough relevant to describe all we did together but in some words : because we redesign some full (our designer), websites they are developing have real impacts on sales.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Good, we use Skype and Asana on a day-to-day basis.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The range of expertises they have, I feel like they never say "no" to what we need, and that's a good thing.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They could improve the visibility on timing, sometimes I'm lacking of information to clearly understand what is needed, but we're working on it. And even with this, it's a pleasure to work with them and I really recommend them.
