Project scope is all about creating a process for the entire business operations where We as a manufacturer can manage Dealers and Retailers with their Inquiries, Quotes, PO, Sales, Communications and a lot more things.

There were mainly two person but to name the one who led the project "Nishit" was the main point of contact and executor.
