Tech Admire created several logos for us — modern as well as traditional. We chose our preferred website design, and they developed the site from the ground up in WordPress with added custom functionalities including lead generation tools and SEO optimization. In addition to case studies, videos and tailored content designed around the services we offer.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The logo was favorably received and the website design got good reviews both internally and externally. We have noticed some increases in keyword ranks and site-wide improvements in performance, although it is a bit premature to track long-term traffic.

The Tech Admire project management style is the great part of their service. Their communication was completely open, and they were never behind the timeline of the project. We communicated mainly through email and used Trello for tracking work progression and requesting feedback on website build.

The main thing that impressed me about Tech Admire was their interest in learning about our brand and long-term goals. Tech Admire started with a clear understanding of the problem. They were easily able to identify the problem, solve the bugs and boost up the extension for better functionality. They also made long-term improvement suggestions. The backend was heavily built on Magento so leveraging their extensive experience with the platform helped speed along development.

The extension has been working great since they stepped in and started working, faster performance without any additional hassle. This has led to an increase in speed for our website and more robust performance. The results were way better than our expectations.

• Our focus was to design a website that would reflect the innovation and progressive essence of our practice, while also functioning as an informational resource for patients. We needed the site to reflect our wish to show the modern treatments bereinnovar explore and the emerging research we are producing.
• From there, it was also important that the site be just as intuitive on mobile or desktop and in any browser. We imagined a light and fast, mainly visual design - beautiful and simple yet serious. Sure, the old website was professional looking-but its design was pretty antiquated and just didn't jibe with our forward thinking patient-centered philosophy.

Tech Admire is a solid company, a well-respected peer in the tech industry recommended this newly emerging digital firm on writing feedback. They had first engaged Tech Admire for website development of their startup to for tight dead lines with and were thrilled by how fast they decoded what the company looks like from a design perspective using visual elements.

Inspired by their work, we dove into their portfolio and were immediately impressed with their modern, user-driven designs. As we set out on our mission to create unusual digital experiences, a perfect fit. We presented Tech Admire with our vision, and they were eager to take on the challenge of reviving what we wanted in a modern online package from day one.

Their team worked on the full redesign and development of our website, starting with an in-depth discovery phase where they assessed our goals, values, and target audience. The work experience was-good because I worked with Tech Admire and they too were very excellent in this field. They were communicative, quick to respond, and met our requirements from the start. And that workflow was pretty natural — we didn't have to go out of our ways to manage the process (we used email, chat, and some skype calls from time to time — no big project management software).

They had an open team which was great to work with and we always appreciated the feedback for our ideas. The team really felt as an extension of one of our own. From the beginning, Tech Admire comprehended what we wanted to achieve and always devised their skills around our vision hence the project went on without a hitch.

This was apparent from the leadership down to every team member as they all showed a true desire for our project to be successful. The project was dominated by their creative spirit and particularly from the heavyweights like Steve.. and Viv, it brought a verve that seemed to be missing in projects engaging other agencies.

They were packed with pearls of wisdom and novel approaches, constantly ready to be agile and nimbly act on challenges. Unlike other companies who at times feel corporate and distant, Tech Admire seemed more like a partner with us than just another organization we had hired for the job; we felt that they were not only delivering on the project but setting it up for success long term.

• We contracted with Tech Admire to create a bespoke app that would simplify the process of handling customer appointments in our organization and facilitate communications between both our team and customers. With the booking being traditionally cumbersome and error-prone by long phone calls, longer hold times, uncertain appointment availability which created a lot of frustration on both ends.
• We wanted an app to do all of that, and make it easy for both our client and the internal team. With this app, clients can easily access scheduling options, provide information about the appointment needed and others. — all in a matter of minutes! The change was needed in order for us to be a more effective team and provide better client service.

Tech Admire was responsible for all phases of its development from conception and design to live deployment. We originally had some workshops with the team, to help us brainstorm all of the baseline features and functionality we needed for the app. They refined our ideas, turning them into a real flow of user experience. Once that was in place, Tech Admire later moved it to design phase and presented us with beautiful high-fidelity prototypes which matched exactly as like we thought of.

Once the design was confirmed they moved straight into development and within a few short weeks we had a working prototype. Despite a lot of the details being behind closed doors, they were very open about how things were going and as such it didn't feel like it was but more involving. Their technical expertise was obvious, and the quality of their reporting and updates was very high.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

What we ended up with was this insanely beautiful but efficient final app. This has worked seamlessly providing just what we needed. Feedback from clients around the ease of use and simplicity in subscribing has been overwhelmingly positive with this new process.

One thing, we have seen a huge improvement on the inside —dispatched agents can process appointment requests faster which equates to reduced client wait times. This means more user satisfaction, less missed appointments and a higher operational efficiency.

Project Management was well-structured by Tech Admire. We had weekly meetings with the team, including developers (~5), designers (1–2) and even the product lead. Their flexibility and close partnership were impressive— they wanted to make sure that our vision was coming to life.

The CEO himself was actively involved all the way, he kept up with time and quality timelines and ensured that we were 100% satisfied with the progress so far. They were easy to communicate with and were able to respond promptly to the many adhoc requests that we made as well as changes in scope, such as features which needed amendments based on our feedback.

What we genuinely appreciated about Tech Admire is that they make an effort as a team and their involvement level from everyone was amazing. As we were designing it, we also interacted quite a lot with their lead designer, and who was happy to listen to our suggestions and managed transform them into art that had us go ´wow´.

The project manager was always checking in and guiding us through each step of the process. Having the CEO vet every major choice was a novel touch — it is practically unheard of to see leadership displaying that level of dedication to the success of a project. The business they did was unmatched in the customer-centric approach and made us feel as if your voice mattered.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tech Admire could have done differently?

In truth, we are hard-pressed to find any gripes or mod cons. From the get-go, Tech Admire has been more than what we have expected and their coding ability, communication level, to raw talent was above par. If anything, we said that we were looking forward to working with them again in the future and continuing to spread our digital options.

Although the group was established with an emphasis on side jobs and other sources of revenue, its reach expanded along with the platform.  These days, we also talk about activism, business, finance, clinical subjects, living as a physician, and more.

I worked together with Tech Admire, the team is so responsive and gave a major role in re-designing our website from scratch. This included initial brainstorms and concept development where they really helped us understand our brand and goals; all the way through deployment ad beyond to post launch support.

Our major deliverables were: Completely new website look and feel Desktop and Mobile friendly Experience Seamless Backend system interaction Increased site speed User-friendly/simplified mouse hover effects A preloader optimized images throughout the website. They also created a lot of custom functionality that helps the website serve our particular industry.

It has been very successful for us with over tonnes of functionality and branding. The new website is now live, with everything fully operational and links/features ready to go – it is already receiving great feedback from our users.

The new website now embodies the fact that just like everyone, there is a better way of doing thing and things tend to change through time. Business wise, it has resulted in higher engagement on our site, lower bounce rates and better online sentiment towards our brand.

The project management, especially that of Tech Admire was sly. They were very specific on the timelines and milestones up front, and they never missed a deadline or was late. But what really floors us is being able to discuss such complex topics in a very digestible, and informative manner — every step of the way.
