BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the president and founder of GameChangerSF, a digital advertising agency focused on growing mobile apps and games.

For what projects/services did your company hire dCloud?

We needed to hire an external resource to develop a dashboard to help us report on advertising we do for our clients. 

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a database that would allow us to display the data to our clients.

How did you select this vendor?

They were a subcontractor to a company we’ve been working with for some time.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

dCloud gathered and imported advertising data from an API into the new database so it could be displayed on the frontend. They also set up our web server to show the data to our clients. They continued to maintain the infrastructure and develop new features over the years we worked together. 

What was the team composition?

Our main contact was Marko (CEO & CTO, dCloud). We also worked with one frontend and one backend developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Marko and his team were great. dCloud gave us their best in order to help accomplish our goals. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was small enough in scope that I worked directly with the developers. dCloud always tried to solve an issue as soon as it arose, no matter the time of day.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

More than anything, dCloud really cared about our success.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, there wasn't much they could have done better given the scope of the project.
