I'm the director of a Web Design and Local SEO Consultancy in Australia. My business is called Locally Connected.

For what projects/services did your company hire Tallgrass Web Services, and what were your goals?

I hired Tallgrass Web Services to build an integration between a job board platform (Jobadder) and a WordPress website.

How did you select Tallgrass Web Services and what were the deciding factors?

I came across Kyle at Tallgrass Web Services in a Facebook group we were both members of. After I posted my project in the group, he reached out to me with an idea for a solution. The deciding factors were that he was knowledgeable, already had experience in this kind of project, and seemed friendly and approachable in our communications.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The scope of work was the development of a WordPress plugin to integrate a job board (Jobadder) with our website, including coding, configuration, and testing of the integration.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

For this project, we worked directly with Kyle.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Kyle completed the project within the estimated timeframe to the required standard. Despite us being located in different timezones (US & Australia) he was still very responsive with communications and answered any questions we had in a timely manner.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

As we met via a Facebook group, we communicated via Facebook Messenger. Regular project updates were provided.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm very grateful Kyle reached out to assist me with this project as I struggled to find someone who could help and wanted to resolve the matter quickly. Elements of this project were outside of the scope of my knowledge and Kyle was helpful in explaining things I didn't understand.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were happy with all aspects of our experience.
