It was Talen Alexander's responsibility to assume complete account management for both Meta and Google ads.  They offered planning, testing, implementation, and creative services.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Folkworks AB and TalenAlexander have collaborated to increase the revenue from online stores and conversion rates for clients.  We were able to improve sales for one client by 500% in just two months.  The client experienced two stock outs in the first six months due to the quick growth.

The TalenAlexander staff provides timely updates and is very communicative.  Additionally, they have been of great assistance to our agency by bringing in new customers, which has increased our leads.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Jason is TalenAlexander's founder, and he is incredibly driven, passionate, and hard-working.  They are more knowledgeable about e-commerce than anybody else in their field, in addition to having a solid understanding of paid media.  Working with TalenAlexander is a no-brainer if you're an eCommerce company trying to develop a go-to-market plan or need assistance growing your company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TalenAlexander could have done differently?

Not at all.  We have nothing negative to say about TalenAlexander because we work (and have worked) with many contractors and agencies.  They're that good.
