We needed help with our marketing strategy to promote and display our product. Precisely, we needed deeper insights and knowledge in the market.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Switch Communication helped us with our marketing strategy. We started having phone calls and face-to-face meetings with them to discuss what we wanted. We had brainstorming sessions about the branding and how it’d be displayed in the gas stations.

We got quotations from different agencies and chose them. They had good prices and were really honest.

I met one time with the owner. He’s been working in the market for a long time and is really brilliant.

How did Switch Communication LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They kept us up-to-date with all the steps that they worked on. If there was an issue, we discussed it over a meeting or a phone call. We communicated via email and in-person meetings and used a project management tool.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When we gave them something to do, they did it. If there were complications, they let us know so we weren’t stuck with surprises.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to keep up with the ever-changing market.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you have a clear idea of what you want. It’ll make it easier for both of you. Also, communication is vital, so brainstorm together.
