They introduced a new developer who claimed to have significant experience, but his first code submission was of subpar quality. The subsequent replacement was immediately turned down due to a substandard code sample. Throughout our collaboration, one of their developers was so inefficient that I questioned their daily productivity. We ended up refactoring her code. Despite fulfilling our payment obligations, SureTek didn't reimburse $2000 in fees for which they rendered no services.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Initially, they were very accommodating. I was hopeful we had found a company we could rely on for various development tasks.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Suretek Infosoft could have done differently?

Integrating a tech firm into a new platform can be a lengthy process. Initially, SureTek provided satisfactory, albeit slow, coding for us. However, after one of their lead developers had to depart for personal reasons, the quality of work declined rapidly. While they had someone who was supposedly as knowledgeable as the main developer as a backup, this individual did not materialize.
