Overall, the experience was excellent, but one area for potential improvement would be creating more visibility into their internal creative process.

While the final deliverables were consistently strong, there were moments where a bit more transparency or check-in during development phases could’ve helped align expectations earlier — especially for larger conceptual pieces.

That said, they were always receptive to feedback, quick to adjust, and deeply committed to the end result. It's a minor note within an otherwise outstanding collaboration.
