I'm the Product Manager of Super Simpler Pty Ltd that have develop SuperWiser an online web application that identifies how an individual can optimize their super.

For what projects/services did your company hire SuntechIT, and what were your goals?

We hire Suntech IT for a Full Stack Applications Developer. We needed someone urgently with a specific skill sets to continue working on the web application since our last developer left.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Suntech IT through Google. Based on the 5 stars rating and all good reviews they received, we decided to give them a call. Spoke to them and they immediately understood the importance and urgency of our issue, vastly difference to other vendors we came across.

• Build, manage and enhance existing web-based applications, both frontend and backend.
• Upgrade existing legacy tech infrastructures.

There were 2 people in the team, a project manager and a developer. Other resources would come and go depending on the project needs.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Tasks assigned were completed earlier than expected that allows us more time to focus on the next flow.

Flexible. Whatever suits us, they will use it accordingly.

On average, tasks assigned takes within 3 working days to complete.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Caring, dependable, reliable, sincere, the list goes on...

They truly want to support us. If they find that there is a gap on their staff's skillset based on our requirements, they will train their staff to make sure he/she can fully work for us.

I’m the IT project manager lead in the United States for an IT consulting firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Suntech Information Technologies(Pvt) Ltd.?

One of our clients had an app that needed to be finalized with UI/UX features.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provided UI/UX work in order to make the software appear detailed, accessible, and pleasing to the eye. To do this, they had to work with the code left behind by the previous developer and completely redesign the app. 

They used Proteau to create the simple design elements of the product. Their team will also launch the app in the App Store once approved by our clients. Then, it’ll be available for both iOS and Android. The final product will function as an electronic brochure, allowing companies to advertise their services through location-based API plug-ins. 

What is the team composition?

We work with two developers, a UI/UX engineer, and a project manager.

How did you come to work with Suntech Information Technologies(Pvt) Ltd.?

We were connected long before we started a project together, which is pretty rare. Their willingness to stay in touch with us until we needed their services was appreciated. We were able to develop a relationship with them in that time, so we hired them when an opportunity arose. 

How much have you invested with them?

At this point, we’ve spent $15,000 with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Especially considering what we’re spending with them, they’ve gone above and beyond the call for the project. They have the bandwidth to completely managed projects from start to finish. Whether it was communication, delivering, or budgeting, they always impressed us. Because of that, I’m confident that we can continue to grow our relationship.

In terms of development, we haven’t run into any major issues or hiccups. They’ve been a perfect fit for us.  

How did Suntech Information Technologies(Pvt) Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

I speak with them every day, and they’ve been very attentive to our needs throughout the development. We communicate via phone and email. They’ve been very helpful and professional in all of their responses to our needs.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a detail-oriented team that asks helpful questions to ensure that they deliver what the client needs. Their owner and head developer has decades of experience in IT and security. They’re conscious about what their company represents, making sure that they can provide the right resources for projects. I feel very comfortable with them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I haven’t found anything they could do differently. I’m comfortable going to them with a project from any of our clients.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them the opportunity to prove themselves, because they can get the job done.
