I’m a staff member at AAP Money Changer, a licensed money changer providing secure and competitive foreign currency exchange services in Indonesia.

What challenge were you trying to address with SUM Digital Consulting?

We needed to redesign and optimize our website to improve credibility, enhance UX, and strengthen our online visibility as a licensed money changer.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SUM Digital Consulting handled the end-to-end development of our WordPress company profile website, including UI/UX design implementation, custom theme development, on-page SEO structure setup, performance optimization, and deployment. The project also covered content structuring, mobile responsiveness, security configuration, and basic analytics integration.SUM Digital Consulting developed the full website structure, including the homepage, service pages, about page, and contact page. In addition to the main pages, they customized the WordPress theme, optimized site performance, implemented SEO-friendly page structures, configured security settings, and ensured full mobile responsiveness across all sections.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After the website launch, we experienced improved loading speed and better search engine visibility. The new structure made our services clearer to customers, and we saw an increase in online inquiries compared to our previous website.We experienced a clear improvement in site performance and local search visibility. The number of direct inquiries through the website increased compared to our previous setup, particularly from customers searching for money exchange services in our area.

They clearly outlined the timeline and key milestones from the beginning and delivered the website within the agreed timeframe. There were no significant issues throughout the project. As with any development process, a few minor revisions were needed during implementation, but SUM Digital Consulting addressed them quickly and professionally.
