Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT hire this company. Don't even consider it. For $1,600 they caused more havoc and damage (and cost us even more $$$ and hours of paying my assistants to do work that couldn't even be completed, and now more $$$ to fix the things they messed up) than they could even contemplate doing good. 

The first team they brought on was a trainwreck and botched my CRM up (as well as my bf's), & the second team who claimed they 'fixed' everything, only further screwed things up worse. Then? They just ghosted. Flat out ghosted without any regard for us. COUNTLESS (useless) zoom calls, emails, time spent in slack and clickup trying to fix issue after issue, to only have more wasted time and $$$ out the window.

The kicker?? I don't even like leaving bad reviews - and gave the owner an opportunity to make it right before leaving this review. He left my email on read and never responded - just shows how little they actually care. Thankfully I found a few good people to bring on and they're now setting things up the right way. 

Again, don't waste your time, energy, communications, and most importantly money on this company. Not only do they not get the mission objective, they clearly don't care about it either.

After losing her husband of 25 years during the COVID pandemic, answered a calling to advance the nonprofit by creating a supportive network for widows and the fatherless, inspired by the powerful message of James 1:27.

Fosters healing, connection, and growth by providing compassionate support, practical resources, and advocacy. It offers widows a safe space to rediscover their purpose while building emotional resilience, physical vitality, and financial independence. Through initiatives which has delivered over 400 plush blankets with heartfelt messages, and programs like healing retreats, group coaching, and  ensures widows have access to meaningful and ongoing care.
 

As a trauma recovery coach, real estate problem solver, and financial educator, equips widows with personalized wealth-building tools to create lasting resilience and independence. The Heroes for Widows curriculum further extends the project’s mission by training community volunteers to establish local support groups, ensuring no widow is left behind.
 

With authenticity, humor, and unwavering faith, she shares her story to inspire others to trust in divine purpose, embrace life’s challenges, and find beauty in every moment. Through her mission, she helps others transform their pain into purpose, guiding them toward a life of healing and abundance—one step, one story, and one life at a time.

The project resulted in clear and measurable improvements across our operations. We successfully streamlined our lead management and communication processes, which reduced manual work and improved response times. As a result, overall workflow efficiency improved, internal processes became more structured, and the team was able to manage higher volumes of leads and communications with fewer errors. The systems delivered by Sufix Tech also created a scalable foundation that supports ongoing growth and future expansion.

Sufix Tech demonstrated strong project management throughout the engagement. Tasks were clearly planned, well-organized, and delivered on time according to the agreed timelines. Communication was consistent, and progress updates were shared regularly.

They were very responsive to our needs and quick to address questions, feedback, or changes. Whenever adjustments were required, the team handled them efficiently and without delays. Overall, their structured approach and proactive communication made the collaboration smooth and reliable.

What stood out most about Sufix Tech was their ability to understand our business needs quickly and translate them into practical, scalable solutions. They didn’t just execute tasks; they offered thoughtful recommendations and proactively identified improvements.

Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset made them feel more like a strategic partner than a typical service provider. This level of ownership and reliability was especially impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sufix Tech LLC could have done differently?

Overall, the experience was very positive. If anything, timelines could occasionally be affected by external dependencies or changes in requirements, but the team communicated clearly whenever this happened. Aside from that, Sufix Tech was open to feedback and continuously improved their processes during the engagement.
