Earlier, I only had a few cars and a team of drivers so most of the bookings were through offline sources like temporary booths and direct phone calls. My business grew slowly and we increased our fleet and the team. I decided to build our website so we could get more bookings and increase the business operations to a broader area. 

During the meeting with the Suffescom team, we decided on the deliverables. Primarily, I wanted a good website that was at par with the competitors. It should have easy access to all the contact points, including social media. All our car fleet listings should have a simple yet good design. 

The search engine and filters had to be good enough to help our customers get the service they need. And lastly, the entire system of car booking should not be a hassle. My team should be able to go through the details and manage everything without an issue.
