They designed the website for us, delivering a white-level solution after I drew a similar platform. The unit app system was already in place, so they just needed to put in my requirement and customize it according to our business needs.

For the programming language, I chose Ruby and HTML5, as they are more reliable. We started with the libraries: JavaScript, jQuery, and Fancy Box. We discussed all the details, and I was quite impressed with the presentation of their demo.

I provide them with content to post on the website, as it requires less content, and I wanted different content for the project.

I am quite impressed with the work they’ve done and how they’ve coordinated everything. They have delivered high-quality work.

They were amazing in terms of management and also worked with the agreed-upon budget. I paid 30% after seeing the demo, another 30% after the project was sent to the market, and the final payment will be paid after testing. In terms of communication, we used email and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have efficient technologies and are also very affordable. I was looking for a company that could work with my budget and was happy to find them. Their work satisfied me, as they customized the website to my liking.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Due to the different time zones, communication can sometimes take time because they needed my approval on certain things. It's not a problem because they need my consent before deciding on anything.

Hire them; they’re good at what they do and they have good knowledge about technology.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven't launched the product yet, so there are no quantitative metrics to share at this point. Suffescom Solutions has conducted a product demonstration to gather our feedback, and they're still implementing changes based on what they've collected.

We communicate via Microsoft Teams and email. They have reliable project management skills, and we can always count on their team to attend to our requests.

We can benefit from longer work hours from their end. Additionally, Suffescom Solutions can consider onboarding a local translator.

I’m a product manager at Prime Firms. I look after IT projects and the features of our web app. I also coordinate with the development team, which is Suffescom Solutions.

We went to them to develop our app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Suffescom Solutions is developing our web platform using PHP and MySQL from scratch: their work is not based on an existing app or template. They also use Bootstrap and React for the frontend. In addition, they’re developing our hybrid mobile app, and it’s still in the early stages.

We gave them a pdf containing all the functionalities, deadlines, and other information they needed. We also asked them to sign an NDA. We didn’t have very specific ideas in terms of design, but Suffescom Solutions showed us a couple of examples. We just wanted a simple interface that was easy to load and easy to see; we didn’t want a complicated design.

The platform connects local vendors to suppliers and customers. An example would be connecting a business that sells scrap locally to a person that buys scrap in bulk. Vendors can list all their services in detail on our portal and have themselves found. It’s a mixture of B2B and B2C, and sales are done exclusively through bids. As a business model, we charge a small commission on the winning bid.

We’re focusing only on development for now, and they’re currently revitalizing the prototype they showed us. After we have a good app and web portal, we’ll start considering a marketing company in our budget.

The team consists of one project manager, three web developers, three mobile developers, and one designer. The project manager is my sole point of contact, and I only talked to their senior developer a few times about the functionalities I wanted.

I found Suffescom Solutions on Google. I looked at 2–3 other options that we could afford, and I chose Suffescom Solutions because the prototypes they shared matched what we were looking for.

Our total project cost is $50,000, and I’ve paid them $30,000–$35,000 so far.

Our project started in July 2021, and it’s ongoing. The project is 50% done.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’d been in contact with some local firms before Suffescom Solutions, but they failed to deliver what I was looking for. Suffescom Solutions has done a good job, but I know that no company could perfectly satisfy my expectations. There would always be something missing in software development. I’d rate the team almost a perfect score since they’ve met my expectations.

How did Suffescom Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They generally have good communication skills, but there have been a couple of times when they misunderstood me and delivered something different from what we requested. Most of the issues have been related to the bidding functionality we wanted.

We use Teams for live chat and video calls, and Trello for product reports, hourly reports, project management, and assigning tasks. I prefer recording the audio or video calls to compare against their weekly reports.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have reasonable prices for their web and mobile app development services. Other companies I’ve been in touch with asked me for $100,000 for the same work. The price Suffescom gave us was half of that and that’s great because we’re a startup.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should consider extending their working hours. They don’t work on holidays and weekends. If they’re working with someone that wants their project delivered as soon as possible, they should extend their working days to include Saturday and Sunday.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

They offer affordable services, but you should have some idea of the concept and design you want them to create. If you do that, you won’t have a hard time explaining what you need to them. In our case, we faced too many issues with the auction functionality we wanted to implement and their developers found it too hard to understand what it is and how it works.

The project is a success and we are already seeing tremendous growth in the number of app downloads.

There were times when communication and progress were a little slower, but overall the communication was fluent, and I had a feeling that they were in control and knew exactly what they were doing.

The team is professional, understood the challenge, guided us, and adopted the best practices.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'd want them to have lesser points of contact in the initial stages of the app development as that may lead to miscommunication. Other than that the whole journey was next to perfect.

They have strung me along for 10 months when they promised my partner and I, the app will be completed in 2-3 months.

We've shared the importance of timeline needing the app to be completed and PRINCE has shown any effort to get done. When shared we lost partnerships, money, deals, and time they showed no remorse. PRINCE has been our person of contact and the overseer of the project and is the worst Supervisor/manager. I just want to purchase the white label but he refuse sell to me and stopped responding.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This company is the worst company I've ever encountered.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They cost us partnership, money, deals, and time!

The vendor responded on September 10, 2021.

To our knowledge, this review was published by the Client without contacting Suffescom first. After resolving the whole scenario with the Client, both parties ended the matter happily.

Afterwards, the Client tried to approach Clutch to edit the review, yet they denied it. That's why we are trying to clear up the air by stating what happened in real-life.

The Client mentioned that we weren't selling a white-labelled solution. In contrast, Suffescom's primary work is to provide a solution according to the Client's requirements.

We follow a workflow at Suffescom, providing a timeline to the Client. Our project manager gives the Client a timeframe in which we deliver the solution affirmatively.

When milestones are important, they can affect the timeframe of the project as well

• Client takes longer to approve delivery.
• Milestone's payment is delayed.

In this case, the Client made the payments, but the payments reflected weeks & months late due to covid-19.

It was impossible to move forward without the Client's consent on the milestone & the COVID-19 wave hit our country badly, which took us time to gear back up. The same picture was there on the other end, where we kept on rescheduling the calls for several weeks.

PS:  We usually deliver on time, but things get out of our hands at times. In those scenarios, it's a humble request for the Client to be patient and understand the case for both parties' betterment.

Suffescom worked with us on one of our existing websites and built two others, which launched in 2017 and 2018. We provided the basic designs, and they built the sites around our needs, customizing CMS templates to create responsive, beautiful designs. Additionally, they modified an existing plug-in to deliver a better UX and did offsite SEO.

They built a WordPress website that includes information about our business. In the beginning, we started with an initial project scope, “This is what I want and what I'm looking for,” and then Suffescom provided a prototype based on that scope. I was the main project manager because my company is pretty much a startup. The entire project was run through Agile, and all of the website’s deliverables basically were achieved via Scrum and story points. That way, we were able to make sure that Suffescom was continuously delivering on the product, which they did exceptionally well. We communicated mostly via email, and then we used Skype for video calls and screen shares.

Suffescom Solutions was always available, communicating mainly via Skype, and also through email and Upwork's messaging system. The team was helpful, prompt, and absolutely punctual.

I have no real basis for comparison, but I've found Suffescom Solutions to be hardworking and professional.

Are there any areas Suffescom Solutions could improve?

I can hardly think of anything. Despite our five-and-a-half-hour time difference, Suffescom Solutions was always available for a chat or Skype call.

Being less anonymous and putting real names and faces to the business would be helpful, and would create a more personal business relationship. I'm struggling to recall any particular names from Suffescom Solutions' team.

What tips or recommendations could you share that might increase the likelihood of success with Suffescom Solutions?

I would highly recommend Suffescom Solutions, but I don't have any specific tips.
