I'm the CEO of a Software development project providing services for customers all around the globe.

For what projects/services did your company hire SuccessProd?

We were developing a big platform for a customer in the US market and we started a partnership with this company in order to help us with testing. We then continued working with them in many different projects.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We met one of the founders in a previous project, before they founded the company, so he knew they were pretty good at their job. We decide to work with them because they are experts in their field.

Their team was in charge of all the things related to testing. They started with manual testing but then we also added automated testing.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked directly with at least four persons from their team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their work helped us to deliver the platform in time and with no major bugs. We had a very challenging project and deadline and their help was crucial in order to meet customer expectations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We work as one team, so they use the same tools and methodologies for communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They offered high-level QA testing. They're always on top of issues and are extremely supportive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish they would offer penetration testing. Hopefully, they will add that to their portfolio soon.
