We were able to select two engineers within 2 weeks from the time requirement was shared. They have started contributing actively to projects. They are taking up assigned tasks and helping to deliver the features.

SLT is very active to respond to the requirements. Currently emails and messages are bring used to communicate. Having a system to track the needs and schedule interviews will be of great help.

Response to requirements till now has been great with very less wait time.

The success of the chatbot for the flight academy can be measured through several quantifiable outcomes. First, user engagement is expected to increase significantly, with the chatbot handling at least 80% of all incoming inquiries within the first six months. This can be tracked through analytics, monitoring the number of conversations initiated and completed. Additionally, response time to user queries will be drastically reduced, aiming for an average response time of under 5 seconds, ensuring users receive instant support. The chatbot should also boost lead conversion rates by at least 20% by effectively guiding potential students through the admission process. Furthermore, the chatbot will reduce the workload on the support team, aiming to automate 70% of repetitive queries, allowing staff to focus on more complex tasks.
