What challenge were you trying to address with Strive Enterprise?

I needed help turning my concept into an actual website. I wanted the website to be simple and easy for users, and I believe I achieved that. I also wanted it to be personable, so my face is on the website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Strive Enterprise helped me turn my concept into an actual website. I already had the idea of what I wanted, and they took my concept and expanded on it. I had a website up in another venue, and they pulled material from that to construct my website. It was a combination of design and development work. The team introduced me to Shopify, and they’ll be doing ongoing updates and maintenance for my website.

What is the team composition?

I initially dealt with the owner of Strive Enterprise. I eventually started working with other people, including a gentleman and a young lady.

How did you come to work with Strive Enterprise?

I let AI do the search for me and followed up by looking for information on the internet. Strive Enterprise gave me a prospectus and allowed me to integrate what I wanted into it. I liked the way they guided me.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent over $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August 2024–January 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Strive Enterprise's team successfully built the website on Shopify. The best measure of success for me was that the project was completed in a timely manner. The only part of the project that slowed down was when I tried to incorporate different things as we approached the end. I wasn’t familiar with adding a product to my store, so I constantly tried to figure out how to do that.

There were small issues that came up initially, but I haven’t had any real issues. Overall, it was a good experience, and I want to stay in a good relationship with them because I’ll need them going forward.

How did Strive Enterprise perform from a project management standpoint?

Strive Enterprise stayed on budget. They sent me snippets of where we were and where we would be. Basically, the project flowed well. We communicated via email, Zoom, Google Meet, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve never been in a situation like this, and I’m glad I haven’t because if this had turned out to be a bad experience, I don’t think I would’ve stayed in it. It wasn’t a bad experience; it was an engagement that felt most comfortable and informative.

Moreover, I just liked the way the team walked me through and answered my questions. They had a personal approach. Every time I had a concern or a question, they would step in.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing Strive Enterprise can improve on. I learned a lot throughout the process and understood what Shopify could do for me. I'm learning, and I'm happy.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you’re new to this, sit back and pay attention. Don’t panic over the experience or the ride because it will ultimately work out for you.
