I’m a co-founder and managing partner of Dignisoft, LLC. We develop software products.

What challenge were you trying to address with Stratecore Infoways?

My company needed help in developing a biomedical equipment servicing app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Once my team sent Stratecore Infoways our UI design, they began developing the app. They have deployed IBM Watson to run diagnostics, which allows non-technical staff members to service repairs rather than having to hire a biomedical professional. Stratecore Infoways has also optimized the app to manage rental equipment. Currently, their team is working on various tools and features.

My team has engaged with a project manager. He oversees various developers.

We found them on Upwork and were impressed by their previous work. When we shared the details of what we needed, Stratecore Infoways was confident in their ability to execute the project.

We have spent around $13,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership commenced in 2017. The work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Although app development is still underway, we have begun sharing our vision because we are confident in Stratecore Infoways’s work. The app has generated a significant amount of interest. My partner at Dignisoft, LLC is well-established in the biomedical field, and he has been asked to give a presentation at a preeminent university about what we are building.

How did Stratecore Infoways perform from a project management standpoint?

Stratecore Infoways is exceptionally organized and has an effective way of managing projects and working with clients. Their business is well-integrated with software-assisted project management tools like Trello. They have taken the time to inform our team on how they utilize Trello so that we can get the most out of our collaboration. They have also provided a helpful tutorial video on how to update our changing dialogue on the IBM Watson dashboard.  

They regularly provide updates and require very little feedback from my team. We communicate via Skype.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Stratecore Infoways’s development work is top-tier and affordable. There is great value in what they offer.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their communications could be timelier.

The more engaged a client is, the better the project outcome will be.
